The Lazy Girl Workout


Workout? What's that? I have never (ever) been athletically inclined. I happen to just be naturally skinny but I have no muscle. Especially in my legs from the accident a few years ago. I have arthritis in both of my knees which makes it hard and painful to do the simple things like getting up off the floor. Since I now have little ones, these things are required of me. Problem? I am lazy when it comes to working out. I know what I should do, I know I have time to do it, but I don't do it. So here is my new routine...

I purchased ankle weights from Wal-Mart and plan on wearing them everyday for a month! Today I am considering my first day although I wore them for half the day yesterday and I'm already sore. I am just doing 3lbs as I don't want to hurt my knees too bad. If you find it is too much, limit to every other day. I'm challenging myself to do this for 30 days. Starting thigh measurement: 20.5"

  1. That's a good idea! You should do the 30 day squat challenge while you are at it! I did it and made it until day 14 before getting...lazy haha

  2. That's a good idea too! I started doing leg lifts while I feed the girls their bottle. I'm gonna be so sore tomorrow.
